A comparative study of several nootropic drugs (Pantogam, the combination of piracetam with cinnarizine, piracetam, GABA drugs, Fenotropil), held in the department ogranichnyh states SSC SSP them. VP Serbian, Fenotropil had the most pronounced psychoactivating action, manifested in all patients receiving this drug (Fig. 2). Positioning antiastenicheskih drugs as close to nootropics mechanism of action, but with distinct clinically verified psychoactivating properties and at the same time deprived of adverse events / effects seen with stimulants, allows their use in the treatment of a wide range of asthenic states, irrespective of their etiology and structure. However, it must be remembered that the appointment antiastenicheskih drugs (as opposed to nootropics) are required to conduct a full physical examination for the diagnosis of possible existing somatic chronic diseases and establishing its connection with pathogenic events of asthenia. In this case antiastenicheskie drugs should be connected to the main ongoing therapeutic strategy. The absence of drug interactions antiastenicheskih funds are especially valuable. Table 3 attempted distancing psychostimulants, nootropics and antiastenicheskih drugs in order to highlight the most significant and informative characteristics of the latter.
