Common to all suitsidentok with psychogenic non-psychotic depression was the lack of psychological preparedness for an extreme situation of armed conflict, and unwillingness to adapt to it, which also has been crucial in shaping autoagressive behavior. Analysis of motivational factors involved in the formation of suicide in the form of self-immolation during the armed conflict, showed that in contrast to the motives of the suicide of family plan (conflicts with in-laws, husband, forced marriage, occurs prior to 1992) in the studied cohort of persons dominated by motivational factors directly related to the topic of civil war. Thus, the main psychogenic motivation factor is the news of the tragic death or disappearance of loved ones (husband, children, brothers, sisters), publicity surrounding the fact of violence and the consequent humiliation of honor and dignity of women. Analyzing the problem of choosing self-immolation as a method of suicide, should, first of all, note the relationship of characters in the Tajik language, linking the concept of "light", "flame" with spiritual experiences of people and express their emotional state. In addition, awareness of this method of suicide, in which the traditional Tajik society with sympathy and compassion for the committed self-immolation has become one of the most important moments in a similar act of suicide. Results of the study showed that long-term extreme situations of armed conflict, is a powerful psychotraumatic factor shaping psychogenic depression, and participating in suitsidogeneze in the form of self-immolation among women, as well as having a strong impact on the motivation of suicide in the form of self-immolation.
