Consequently, the experience of responding ...

Therefore, experience as a response to the strong and weak stimuli also changes the area of ??positive emotions - it shifts, respectively, or to the side of strong irritants, or toward the weak. Thus, the effect of training, the use of annoying, "diversionary" means, as well as the effect of "catharsis" - causes a shift of positive emotions toward a stronger stimulus. For example, pain signals from internal organs are no longer perceived as painful (inversion), and feeling the pain goes away. In these latter examples, in fact, modeled mental processes that emerge and evolve in real life "in themselves." Each optimal emotional arousal (the slave), if realized, is characterized, as already noted, some increase in positive emotions (eg feeling moderately salty foods). Unconscious optimal emotional arousal may merge with others in one dominant emotional arousal. Such a "summation effect" gives a strong positive feeling, in some cases reaching to the euphoria. So, taste the finished dishes are perceived as a whole, causing pleasure, though the taste of each incoming ingredient is not recognized. The effect of the summation arises when the perception of appearance of the surrounding people. For each of the facial features, a line (characteristic) of the figure, the number of which immensely, there is an emotional reaction, as when meeting with a man - a carrier of this feature characteristics, possibly deviating to one side or another. In the summation of a large number of emotions (optimal emotional arousal), in the case of averaging the devil, as a result and get such a strong effect of attractiveness and beauty. During sexual intercourse the summation of optimal emotional reactions observed at all stages and at all levels. Almost simultaneously experienced: personal affection, intimacy, easing the frustration, overcome with shame and forbidden, physical contact, etc. The strong positive emotional experience, a sense of euphoria, repeating and amplifying through subordinate emotions, becomes the basis of the dominant motivation. Treatment of depressive disorders in general practice

EB Dubnik, AV Andryushchenko According to WHO, to date, more than half of depressed patients do not fall in field of view of psychiatrists and treated by internists. Already for this reason the problem of adequate treatment of depression in general practice extends into the category of paramount importance. The importance of this problem is confirmed by the fact that, as experience shows, a significant proportion of patients with depression do not receive specialized care or treated effectively. There are several factors that complicate the clinical differentiation of affective disorders and selection of optimal methods of treatment. On the one hand, in such cases, patients do not perceive their symptoms as a manifestation of mental disorder.
