In this case, in 3 patients (10%), depressive symptoms were absent, with 22 people (73.33%) had mild depressive reaction in 5 cases (16.67%) were moderate depressive reaction. On emotional orientation, moderate depressive reactions were characterized by disturbing coloration, the presence of phobic and anxious-hypochondriacal experiences, the presence of symptoms suggestive of somatic manifestations of anxiety (frequent urination, excessive sweating, headache, dry mouth, a ball and a feeling of heaviness in the epigastrium, loss of appetite and so forth), senestalgicheskimi signs (burning, pressure, etc.). Dynamic surveillance of patients showed that depressive reactions mild decreases as the improvement of physical condition of the patient and almost did not require appointment of a special treatment. In depressive reactions indicated a moderate degree of impaired development of the therapeutic effects of prescribed treatments, maintaining depressed mood even in the stabilization of the somatic state. Thus, the study found: the presence of depressive reactions in 90% of CP patients, on the severity of depressive reactions were divided into marginally expressed (22 people - 73.33%), moderately expressed (5 persons - 16,67%), their absence was diagnosed in 3 patients (10%), depressive reactions were mainly accompanied by alarming and somatic equivalents desirability of appointing a special treatment in cases of moderately expressed depressive reactions (vegetokorrektory, tranquilizers, antidepressants, antipsychotics), which will enhance the effectiveness of prescribed treatments and to promote prevention of psychosomatic complications.
