Feeling better on a visual analogue scale has reached significant in both groups, but the comparative analysis of the data showed that the dynamics of this indicator was significantly longer in patients treated with Persia. The treatment Persenom significantly decreased levels of anxiety, with the severity of this effect is directly dependent on the duration of therapy. It was noted a significant decrease of depressive disorders in patients receiving Persia. These patients also noted significant reduction in severity of headaches, stress and severity of autonomic disorders. Analysis of questionnaire data showed significant improvement in quality of life in patients treated with Persia. In the placebo group this figure did not reach statistical significance. Side effects in the group, which took Perseus was not there. Importantly, patients receiving Perseus, was reported to reduce the attention and increased daytime sleepiness. Thus, the tolerability was good and his technique did not affect the working capacity of patients. Thus, we can conclude that Perseus might be effective in the treatment of psycho-vegetative and post-traumatic stress disorder. Mainly reduced the degree of such disease manifestations as reactive and personal anxiety, sleep disturbance, depression, suggesting a marked anxiolytic and vegetotropnyh properties of the drug. Improving quality of life indicates that the achievement of social adaptation of patients during therapy with these drugs, and may be an indirect measure of resistance resulting therapeutic effect. Important are data on the effect of the absence of receiving the Persians at the level of health of patients, and also the fact that Perseus does not cause daytime sleepiness. All this suggests the safety and feasibility of using this drug in the treatment of psycho-vegetative disorders, whose clinical picture is dominated by manifestations of anxiety. It should be noted that the prerequisite for achieving stable positive effect of the therapy is to conduct patient psychotherapeutic methods of correction, they are most effective to date, you can recognize individual psychosemantic correction.
