These features of the hamper ...

These features prevent the formation of long and full remission in patients with CP and reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. In this regard, the establishment version of personal changes to address them in the subsequent development of therapeutic and rehabilitation programs is now necessary and urgent. The aim of our study was to examine personality traits in patients with CP. Following methods were used: 1) questionnaire Leonhard-Shmisheka to identify accentuated personality traits, and 2) test Kettela to establish the dominant personality factors. Was investigated 30 patients with CP and 30 healthy people (control group). The study found that in patients with CP was dominated by such personality traits as hyperintimate (average value on the scale was 16.1 points), emotive (16.4 points), irritability (15.5 points), distimnost (14,4 points ). The results confirmed the data questionnaire Kettela that showed a decline in patients with CP emotional stability (Factor C - mean value of 3.97 wall), increased expressivity (factor F - mean value of 4.27 wall), anxiety (about a factor - the average value 7.7 wall), ego-strength (Factor Q - average 6.07 wall). Average accentuated personality traits more than the normal value (12 points) and is 13.85 points. Analysis of the dominant personality traits in patients with CP showed that only one of them - irritability, refers to characterological traits, ie the formation of which is due to external factors (including medical conditions) and social reasons. The rest of accentuation - hyperintimate, emotive, distimnost relate to temperamental, due primarily innate properties of the nervous activity of the subject. Established fact suggests the possibility of CP on the background of the original emotional instability caused by the temperamental features of hyperintimate, distimnomu and emotion types. It is likely that these personality types predispose to disease CPs. However, this conclusion requires further verification by conducting a comparative study of premorbid personality traits of patients with CP, as well as their comparison with the results of healthy individuals. Thus, consideration of general practitioners personal characteristics of hyperintimate, emotive, excitable and distimnomu types of CP patients will optimally establish fruitful contacts and set up an active interaction with the patient, enter into a therapeutic program of techniques that stabilize the patient's mental state (destination of tranquilizers, drugs lithium , sedatives), to develop individual preventive programs aimed at preventing the recurrence of the disease.
